Ideal Products New Building Pictures

On Saturday December 1, Jim and I visited the new Ideal Products building and got some pictures...

This is the reception area where I will be working, I'm standing where the desk will be...

Just off the reception area is the conference room...

Past the reception area are the cubicles for the sales representatives...the long row of filing cabinets to the left in the picture will also be where I will spend a significant amount of time.

Jim's office...(needs wall decorations!)

These are the job boards located in "the tunnel" that leads to the shop...(please note that under the LCD screen in this picture you can see a black box. This is a "doorbell" that can be programmed to play music. The president of the company likes to push the doorbell when he goes through the tunnel into the shop. Most recently it played Darth Vader's theme from Star Wars whenever he walked through.)

The new Ideal Products sign...

View of the new shop floor from the mezzanine...

The inspections/quality control room from the outside (blue windows)...

The inspections/quality control room from the inside...

Part of the shipping area...

One of the horizontal mills. This is one of the machines Phil works at...

...and these are some of the parts Phil had made at the time of this picture. He does good work!

The job board is organized by machines...

...and there is Phil's name.

The new building has been a real blessing. It triples the floor size of what the company had been using. We are thankful for God's grace in the continuing success of the company.

That evening Jim and I attended the Lapham Hickey Christmas dinner that is held every year at the country club. Lapham Hickey is one of Ideal Products' clients. They are also the only company that still holds a Christmas party of this caliber. We really enjoy the event! They have great food and this year's entertainment was a comedian. He gave a really enjoyable show!

Scripture Verse of the Day:
"So I saw that there is nothing better than for a man to enjoy his work..."
Ecc. 3:22
